Do credits expire?
One-time credit packs never expire. Monthly subscription credits are issued each billing cycle and expire at the end of that cycle if unused. The 500 credits from your free signup do not expire.
How do credits work?
Browsing search results and reading ScoutScore bands uses relatively few credits, because most listings do not deserve a close look. Running a full ScoutSense underwrite on a property uses more, because it is doing the work of a real analysis: comps, flood data, demographics, a risk register, a negotiation target. You filter aggressively first, then go deep on the handful of deals that actually look interesting. Can I cancel a monthly subscription anytime?
