White-label investment reports for your clients

On CapScout’s Team plan, every ScoutSense analysis can go to an investor client as a private link or a PDF carrying your logo, colors and disclaimer.

What a white-label report includes

What carries your brandThe client share link, the deal room, the PDF analysis report and the share email.
What you set onceIn your firm’s branding settings: logo, colors, display name, contact block, footer and disclaimer. Brand removal takes the Powered by CapScout line and the ScoutSense name off the report, the PDF and the email.
Sections you can hideAny of nine written sections, as a firm default or for one share: deal narrative, risk register, decision scorecard, negotiation guidance, exit strategy, location, comparables, personal fit and data quality. A hidden section is removed before the page is sent. The financial figures always show.
Your noteA broker’s take that sits at the top of the report, above the numbers, plus an optional message in the share email.
Confidence on the client copyThe confidence level and the reason for it travel with every shared report. The data-quality section, which lists each caveat, shows unless you hide it.
Where the client opens itA link opens with no account and no password. A deal-room link sits on your firm’s subdomain of capscout.ai once you’ve claimed one in branding settings, and on app.capscout.ai until then.
When your branding changesBranding is read when the client opens the page, so a new logo shows on reports you’ve already sent. The numbers and your section choices stay as they were on the day you shared.
PlanThe Team plan: $129 a month for 3 seats and 6,000 pooled credits; extra seats $39 a month with 2,000 credits each. 7-day free trial, card on file.

What your client opens

Your header, then the score, the numbers and the written sections you left on. Your broker’s take, when you write one, sits above them. The confidence level and the reason for it come with every copy.

To send several reports at once, open the client and use Send all; each one also lands in their deal room.

What still says CapScout

  • The link’s address. Links sit on capscout.ai, on your firm’s subdomain once you’ve claimed one; there’s no custom domain.
  • The sending domain. Share emails arrive from your name via your firm, on our domain. Replies go to you once your address is verified.
  • The Powered by CapScout line and the ScoutSense name, until you switch on brand removal in your firm’s branding settings.

Questions about white-label reports

Does the PDF hide the same sections as the client link?

The PDF follows your firm’s default section settings. Sections you switch off for a single share apply to that link only.

Is the offer letter white-labelled too?

It prints with your logo, colors and disclaimer once your firm’s branding is set. It downloads to you to forward or print; it isn’t attached to the share.

Can an individual investor account send a branded report?

An individual account can share a report, but it carries CapScout’s name. Your logo, section control and deal rooms come with the Team plan.
